The Bible is an excellent scripture to begin your spiritual journey. However, The Bhagavad-gita, as it is; is for more information about spirituality. Comparing the two is like comparing High School with College. God is generally mentioned in the Bible in the second and third person; in Bhagavad-gita, God is directly talking to all of Humanity in the first sense. It should also be mentioned that there are 2 ideas of God in the Bible: El Shaddai in the New Testament is a God of Peace and Love, according to Jesus; HIs Law is called the Commandments. Jehovah in the Old Testament is a god of hatred and war. His law is called The Statutes or The Judgements or The Laws of Moses; they contradict the Commandments. Jesus called Jehovah, the god of the Pharisees to be the devil incarnate: John 8.44. Jesus also declared that anyone who observes the Law of Moses will not go back to Godhead. Mathew 5.20.
This is interesting to read. I will want to come back and read more. Love the word of God and meanings into the Greek truth of the definition.
